「We booked the zen rate for our stay, which included linens. We were disappointed to find that the stuffing from duvet was significantly clumped and that the dish soap and shampoos offered were empty (had been filled with water from previous guest). It was quite damp and humid when we arrived and the info booklet suggested using the provided space heater to remove the humidity, however one was not provided. A wood stove is available, however wood is only available for purchase at the front desk....
