“This was a surprise--an old fashioned court motel with a great location near the excellent and extremely friendly town grocery store (Ridley's) which was a great place to pick up a quick dinner and breakfast if you don't want to go out--however, there seemed to be plenty of nice eating out options. The room itself was spotless. Our room had a microwave as well as a compact unit that had a two burner stove/sink over a nice little refrigerator that includes a small freezer. Very clever. You……

“We stayed at the hotel after our backpacking plans were turned upside down by the Dollar Lake Fire. The hotel staff, Sage in particular, were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. It was great to have a kitchen available and plenty of hot water.”
