「We travelled as a family of 4 from the UK, 2 little ones. Firstly, the pools are amazing in this hotel. They are the main drawing point to staying here as everything else definitely needs improving. The hotel lacks attention to detail to be a 5 star but could class as a good 4, with some improvements. The breakfast, whilst nice, is like hurding cattle in a school cafeteria. Its outside, hot, loud, no air con/lack of fans, has far too many people in it and only 3 coffee machines (which is dire)...

「Everything was fine except that on the second morning, the hot water in the bathroom never reached a temperature more than mildly tepid. The first morning, there were no issues at all. The included breakfast was fine. I didn’t really use the other facilities on offer. The staff I encountered were all pleasant and helpful.」

「The bed was supposed to be one bed for me and my husband and it was two single beds pushed together which was very uncomfortable. Other than bed and not enough pillows was good. I have stayed here before and room was much better for a couple. 」
