"Fantastic Hotel. Easy, ample parking when we arrived (though worth noting there is a cost). All staff were very friendly and a big thanks to Duty Manager Paul who went out of his way to make our stay special as we were there celebrating my wife's birthday. The room was great value for money and one of the quietest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in, with fantastic views. It was big, clean, modern and had everything you could need and more. Hotel is in an ideal location, we were going to the New Victoria Theatre and it was only a 5 minute walk away, with lots of shops and eating options available close by too. If you can, visit the LOFT Sky Bar, great atmosphere with a live singer when we went (Saturday night). Perfect place to unwind with a cocktail and incredible views. Overall we couldn't habe asked for a better hotel. Ideal location, wonderful staff and fantastic amenities. Would definitely return."

"Bit of a walk from the train station to the hotel (recommend taxi or uber), but once I got there, it was so nice to be able to relax in a comfy and spacious bed. Recommend going to the gym & swim facilities too; liked the steam room and lane swimming. Changing rooms excellent size. Relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. Bed so comfy I accidentally slept 10 hours and almost missed breakfast, but when I did go down to eat, there was still plenty of choice and room to sit. Would have liked there to be a hot chocolate option instead of just tea and coffee but that’s just personal preference. In the evening, I liked the chicken health bowl and the comfy seating. Overall, I would recommend the village hotel and would go back again. Many thanks. "

"Super clean and quiet with amazingly polite and helpful staff. Dog friendly- they provided a padded bed and bowls for our whippet. Bit of a walk to Cobham but t there are some forestry walks nearby if you have a dog. Food in restaurant is good."

"From the moment I arrived to the morning I left I had the best customer service I could have asked for. The room was exactly what I needed for an early work event the following day, the amenities in the room where perfect. I would recommend if you have any golfing events in this area."
