「Cottage was as described except the bushes in the back yard have grown so the lawn is in the shade most of the day and you can only see the small part of the lagoon shown in the photo unless you walk down to the gate that says private property (to nextdoor), from where you can see the rest of the lagoon and the toilet blocks next to the ramp that the Sea Quest bioluminescence kayakers launch from. Yard was too cool to sit out in in the evenings in mid July, as no fires allowed, but the location...

We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches—like the charming duck collection and the variety of board games—which added so much character and made our stay extra enjoyable. Every little detail showed how much care was put into creating a welcoming and comfortable space」

「The view can’t be beat and the walk through the neighborhood hood is beautiful. It’s a little removed from town but only by 15 minutes. We were lucky enough to see some orcas on our last day. We needed to contact property manager during our stay and they were nothing but great. The owners of the house were also very kind. It is worth noting that there is some construction going on right next door. 」
