The lake was so peaceful and such a pleasure waking up to. A great place to relax away from the daily work grind.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! The property had everything we wanted and needed! The only issue we had was that the address on Vrbo was next door than the actual address that was sent in the email. Our daughter traveled ahead of us and waited in the driveway next door because she didn’t see a lock box.

Two things to mention- One is the above comment about a couch or cot to rest in the fresh air of the screen porch. *An issue we found is there is a mercury vapor light that goes on at dark and stays on all night. This light which is high on a pole bathes the entire property in light and can be seen through the windows and ruins the night time experience. It is actually brighter than the lights on our block in Chicago! This aspect of the property is a negative factor for us. Nice guy.

Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for a long-term getaway. The owners were fantastic and extremely helpful while we were there! It was perfect. The building was clean and fully stocked with basic items. The lakefront access was amazing. There was a rowboat, canoe, and paddleboat available and all the life jackets and paddles you would need in the gazebo. We also rented a pontoon boat from the owners of the property. Was a great way to relax and tour the lake with my family. The location was a perfect escape from our busy lives. The only negative was we couldn't stay longer! Everything to the booking process through the stay was easy and just what we were looking for!
