"The staff showed a high level of friendliness. Sara and Jules at the parlor provided excellent service; they were engaging and courteous. The hotel needs some maintenance, especially the paint on the room walls. The entrance door to our room was chipped, and the carpet in the hallway leading to room 410 requires urgent repair. Additionally, the caulking in the bathroom and shower needs to be refreshed. The mattress was too firm for my comfort, although the pillows were excellent. During our six-night stay, we purchased breakfast for two. It is important to note the 22% gratuity added to breakfast charges, which is acceptable. I also gave an extra tip, which was appropriate, but sometimes the items requested at breakfast were incorrect. However, once the mistake was pointed out, they corrected it if possible. I would give this Hotel 3 Stars"
