“PERFECT stay for a large family! 14 were in town for our brothers wedding in Round Hill. 2 full kitchen spaces with living room. A bathroom for every room plus powder room downstairs! I'm jealous of those staying during pool season! It was glorious!”

“Our group of 8 stayed for the weekend at Lisa's beautiful farmhouse. We were there to attend my niece's wedding that was held at Stover Hall which was less than a mile down the road. We really loved the house and enjoyed all the amenities and extra touches that Lisa so lovingly added. The house was spotless and there was plenty of space for all of us. The laundry room with the iron and board was really appreciated as there was lots of wrinkles to be ironed out! The fresh duck eggs were delicious……

“The tiny house was everything we expected it to be. Just amazing. The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. It’s only about a 10-15 minute drive into town and just as close to the caverns. The owner lives next door and was very attentive to anything we may have needed which was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet getaway for the weekend.”

“Our small start-up needed a place to think, break bread, and relax together. This was the perfect setting. We appreciated the layout with its separate-but-equal bedrooms and places to join together, like the lovely and spacious dining room and living area and amazing kitchen. But mostly it was nice to be outdoors with the livestock, including a turkey that seemed to get our jokes.”

“We stayed at the lovely farmhouse and had the most relaxing time. The large porch, swing, and chairs is where we spent the majority of our time. When we were inside, the large sectional allowed our whole family to sit together, play cards, and listen to music. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept wonderfully with the black out curtains. The bathrooms were all well appointed and we were grateful to have the washer and dryer on site as well. Communication with the host was wonderful and……

“Overall, nice stay. Great house, lots of potential. Realizing it’s an old house, but first floor entry, hall and living room were musty, not good for those with allergies.”

“The four of us came to John's place with different needs: the kids wanted open space to fly a little plane they received at Christmas, my husband wanted to be close enough to a coffee shop and I wanted hilly open space and a house with charm. Incredibly we all found what we were looking for. It was the perfect spot for us. We also highly appreciated John's overall kindness and ways of communication.”

“We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time. The property is beautiful, horses in every direction and views that include mountains. We loved the outdoor space and wish we'd had more time to just hang out. Bring a corkscrew (the only thing we needed and didn't have) and plan to spend time taking in the scenery.”

“Super clean. Super easy check in & check out. Quiet and beautiful setting. The windows bring the outdoors in. Fabulous to watch the electric storm through those big beautiful windows from the comfort of the couch.”

“The view from the veranda was breathtaking. especially at sunset. The log cabin is fully equipped. Sofa bed is less suitable for an adult.”
