"The food was phenomenal, and the room was gorgeous, spotless, and very comfortable. Room service was fast and efficient, which made our stay even better. However, our experience at the pool area by the kids’ pool was a bit disappointing, as the staff there did not feel very welcoming or friendly. ..."

"My room had mold on the ceiling. The ironing board had mold on it. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The food in the Lighthouse restaurant was not good. On my last day eating breakfast I got sick and had to throw up. The Grill restaurant is over priced for the portion of food you get."
