There was no working staff in the property when I checked in late at night. I was also stuck outside my room door for almost 1 hour due to their technical issues where the barcode couldn't be scanned by the door censor when I want to open the door. NO GROUND STAFF PRESENT TO ASSIST. Imagine the anguish I WAS GOING THRU AND EVEN HAD TO PEE AT...

They tried to pour bleach down the drain to "clean" / "fix" / "mask" the smell but it kept coming back. The manager claimed he couldn't smell anything but the cleaning lady said otherwise because she did say the smell is because of the backup of hair in the drain. Overall, not satisfied with the stay."
