Front Sea View Apartment
Frontal views to the sea, beautiful and bright second floor apartment on Carvajal Beach. This property has a hall 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living / dining room and kitchen. Fully equipped separate kitchen, pool area, green areas and parking. Quiet neighborhood Playa de Carvajal near the bus station (Málaga and Marbella) and the train station (Málaga and Fuengirola).
Newly renovated property and new furniture. The apartment has parking and elevator, the main bedroom is Queen size bed and the two single beds of the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook.
The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator, has access to the pool and assigned private parking, also there is also parking outside.
The neighborhood is quiet with public bus and train transport nearby. The beach area is full of restaurants and cafés, and the famous Cubana Beach is 10 meters away on foot.
It has easy access to the beach and the Paseo Marítimo, trains and bus stops nearby.

Perfect size apartment for the two if us. Clean with a great view of the coast. The owner greeted us at yhe property and showed us around. Also gave plenty of guidance for shopping and resturants near the property.

A great place to stay
A perfect appartment : beautiful views, very well equipped indeed and very clean.For people who are reasonably fit , It is in easy walking distance to the beach , chiringuitos, and two small supermarkets on the sea front . The bus stop to go into the main town is very close . Two beach chairs and a parasol were much appreciated We were pleased to always be able to park outside as our hire car found the subterranean garage somewhat of a challenge!

Excellent séjour (2 mois). bien situé vue sur la mer directement, la forme physique et de bonnes chaussures sont requises vu les côtes à monter assez fortes ( bon pour le cardio ) secteur résidentiel et sécuritaire, le train et le transport local un charme à bon prix...pour faire les excursions

Trabajar con vistas al mar no tiene precio
Fuimos a teletrabajar y la estadía fue maravillosa. Nos recibió Felix personalmente, quien también recomendó sitios para ir a comer/cenar y visitar. El apartamento esta muy bien, cómodo y limpio (que es lo que más valoro), con una vista espectacular que disfrutamos a diario. La urbanización tiene piscina que también utilizamos. Está sobre una cuesta por lo que para ir al centro o a la playa hay que bajar y subir, nosotros hicimos todo andando y no fue un problema para nada. Tiene parking! Volveríamos y recomendamos!

Un petit coup de coeur pour ce logement
Nous étions 3 amies à profiter de ce logement et nous avons adoré. Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueillies par Gema à l'aéroport et nous en sommes vraiment reconnaissantes. Gema nous a montré la petite épicerie du coin et nous a également bien accompagnées tout au long de notre arrivée/installation dans le logement. Les échanges avec Félix étaient également faciles, rapides et efficaces. Belle vue, bien équipé et pratique, nous n'avons rien à dire de négatif sur l'appartement. Seul petit point si jamais vous souhaitez vous déplacer à pied, le logement est situé sur le haut d'une colline, donc la marche peut être difficile pour certains. Nous recommandons fortement!

Fin lejlighed med god udsigt
Lejligheden har 2 fine soveværelser og et godt udrustet køkken. Flot havudsigt fra stue og fra altan. Ligger oppe på bakken, så lejebil anbefales. Der går dog busser ca. 5 min gang fra lejligheden og der er mindre end 10 min gang til en god strand 😀

Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer
L’appartement était très propre et l’équipement a surpassé mes attentes . Nos repas avec la vue sur la mer fut des plus agréable . Pas besoin d’aller au restaurant.
Le propriétaire Félix se soucis de notre confort . Il nous a aidé aussi à organiser notre déplacement vers Malaga .
Il faut prendre note que si vous n’avez pas d’auto , la rue est en pente pour une montée d’environ 6 mins .
