The rooms are quite small and their unusual shape does not help.Did not like the exposed wallbrobe rail.The shower leaked and the light above the bed did not work.The room needs a bit of tlc.The hotel is four star with a spa and large lounge but the room itself would only be two star.Good hotel overall though with helpfull staff.

The lobby and other shared spaces were updated and the staff was very friendly upon check-in. The room photos were deceiving online as the standard double room was not updated. There were issues with the shower and the floor of the bathroom flooded each time.

My room was spotless and I felt really well looked after at the Hotel Angela. The staff, particularly the reception team, restaurant staff and the Wellness massage therapist were helpful and friendly. The bathroom could do with refurbishing next year however as it was not at the same 4 star level as the rest of hotel, but it was clean. Really enjoyed the amenities, particularly the warm indoor pool. A great facility with everything you need. The dining menu was good with at least two fish dishes available at dinner so a good variety of dishes. A big shout out to the amazing and wonderful Maria on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it was clear, the only objectives she had were to understand my needs and to make sure I was comfortable and happy. What a great member of the reception team. But actually, the entire reception staff were impressive. A very good first time experience.

Seinät olivat kuin paperia, jonka takia kaikki äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Siivojat aloittivat ovien koputtelun ja siivoamisen jo klo 09.00 aikaan, vaikka check out oli vasta klo 12.00. Tämä oli ertyisen ärsyttävää, koska kyseessä oli lauantai aamu. Huoneiden sisusta oli todella halpaa ja yksinkertaista. Wc istuin oli vanha ja kulunut. Kokemus oli yksinkertaisesti huono.

The hotel did not offer hotels.com gold VIP benefits for late check-out (Even tho it was available, asked for 30 euros for it) or upgrade. Did get the announced free bottle of wine, but had to ask for it. Room was noisy both day and night with work being done at the hotel, and on street at night with cleaning, and was in the shadow most of the day (Street view). Breakfast was ok but expensive compared to local alternatives outside of hotel.

Reklamerer med at det er 4 stjernet. Værelser er 3 stjerne. Meget lydt. Kunne høre alt hos naboen. TV fra kl 07:00 om morgen højt fra naboen. Toiletbesøg alt kunne høre. Ingen solafskærmning. Alt for varmt til at kunne opholde sig på terrassen med udsigt. Ingen hylde på badeværelset til ting. Huller i toilet sæde. Dørhåndtag til badeværelset larmede meget. Bruse hoved oversprøjter hele badeværelset eller falder ned.

1st time in Angela, ok hotel (bit lower standard than Yaramar down the street where I go several times a year,), but major difference was in front desk staff lthat was much less solutis invljded, asked if we could buy the slippers to go to the pool, still ”no, you can buy it in the shops” - turns out the pool had free slippers…). Asked for later check out (can obviously pay extra) for 1 of 4 rooms, was tolf ”we are fully booked obviously not true as I could book rooms for the day at eg hotels website, clearly just didnt want to reassign next booking to other roon). Just a few example of very poor customer service unfortunately. Will not come back but rather go back to Yaramar next time which has much more customer friendöy front desk staff.

Servicen i resepsjonen var veldig dårlig. De burde lære seg å svare skikkelig og ikke minst smile WiFi på rommet var veldig dårlig, ikke noe på balkongen. Frokost salen rommet flere hundre mennesker, så lyden var der etter 🙉 Det manglet ingen ting av mat, men lite spennende tilrettelagt. Rommene var greie nok, men dette er IKKE noe 4 stjernes hotell. Masseturisme!!!

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel. We like the location and that it caters to adults rather than families. The room are a little dated but they’re comfortable with good amenities

The hotel is far from being a 4 star. The staff at the front desk it depends who “assist you” some are very kind but need to ask someone else for answers, and we even had a person who despite being 3 employees at the front desk and absolutely no one else but us, told us to check the app for the information…not really pro hospitality. The spa…omg the lockers, I was shocked at their condition. Some reviews talk about sustainability but the rooms at an ibis are much better when it comes to sustainability, the WiFi is very bad and the rooms are average. The area around the hotel is nice and some reviews talk about the elderly people but it’s just the area but if you go more towards the center there’s a mix of ages.
