Great location but dated apartment

We have stayed on 4 occasions now and it may be the last. The location is excellent and the apartment is a good size and it is well stocked with equipment. The rooms need redecoration. On the terrace there is a rusty clothes dryer and the clothes pegs seem to have been left out all year. The one sun bed is dirty and worn and 2 old chairs left in the corner. There is pigeon detritus and therefore proper defence is needed. Old and dirty cleaning cloths are left out although we did find clean ones in the cupboard. Old and used hand soap left out. Ther is no mirror in the twin room and this was requested on a previous stay. I did request this but it was refused. The cost of the stay is the same as much more upmarket apartments. The porter for the building Antonio is very helpful and the owner Miren does respond quickly

Terrific location

You could see (and hear!) the water from the balcony. Well situated, centrally located. But there was a scent (mold? mildew) in the kitchen, master bath and master bedroom closets that was impossible to cover (tho clearly, attempts had been made). Timing was unfortunate for us, too, since major construction was happening on the floor above the bedroom. We loved Fuengirola, though, and walked miles along the spectacular Paseo Maritimo, which is just outside the door. Lots of restos and a small 'supermarket' nearby, too.clearly, attempts had been).

Super appartement

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans ce bel appartement lumineux pendant deux semaines. Tout était conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Miren la propriétaire est très gentille et répond très rapidement à toutes vos questions afin que votre séjour soit des plus agréables. Nous aurions peut-être aimé bénéficier de quelques postes de télé français et anglophones, question de suivre l’actualité en soirée, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très belles vacances à Fuengirola.

enjoyed Fuengirola. The biggest let down was the 10% service charge which was added on after I made the booking. It should have been disclosed on the website. It left a bitter taste in my mouth and will seriously affect any future enquiries I make

Bien situé- Tranquille

Bien situé, bien orienté (SSO), tranquille! Merci à Antonio ! Par ailleurs, le balcon mériterait des chaises adéquates, un parasol digne de ce nom; la propreté à l’intérieur des armoires et tiroirs laissaient à désirer (obligés de laver les verres dès notre arrivée). Par contre, les planchers et les surfaces en général étaient propres! Il faut dire que la cuisine est très petite (quoique bien équipée)! Cela ne paraît pas sur les photos! Un petit « fond de cuisine » aurait été apprécié: sel, poivre, huile, eau,! Quelques infos sur le fonctionnement de la laveuse et de la cafetière seraient utiles.! De même que quelques infos sur la ville et les alentours! Dans la publicité, on parlait de câble et de satellite, il n’y avait que deux postes de télé ! Pas de trousse de premiers soins, tel qu’indiqué dans la description. Mais cela reste des détails qui peuvent être corrigés facilement! Nous avons tout de même aimé notre séjour de 28 nuitées! Merci !

Good. The location across from beach and promenade. Ocean view, sunny terrace and close to groceries at maskom 350m. The not so good was sofa and twin beds were not comfortable but we managed by throwing extra blahkets down so we could sit and sleep. Unacceptable was the shower stall, rusting, discolored caulking and mold on the inside doors. Unhealthy and unforgiveable. Overall apartment was tired and not clean.

Great location!

The condo is in a great location near everything from the supermarkets, restaurants and the views. You can see the sun all day no shading from the surrounding buildings. We stayed one month and loved it. I had read some reviews about the beds in second bedroom not being comfortable and I can confirm that the beds are now comfortable in both bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped although on the small side. The host Miren is very nice and she responds rapidly to requests. Antonio the concierge is also very helpful. The only thing I would change would be the sofa as it is not very comfortable. Untill next time Miren!

Great apartment

Very clean but could do with redecorating . Several light bulbs not working. Pool is not part of the apartment facilities. Great communication with the owner.

Que belas Férias

Apartamento muito tranquilo, bem localizado só passar a rua e tem logo a praia, para descansar é o ideal, adormecer a ouvir o som das ondas do mar. No geral o apartamento satisfaz bastante sem dúvida todas as necessidades para umas belas férias. Tanto o anfitrião com o Sr. António são pessoas muito prestáveis e simpáticas. Obrigado por fazerem parte destas magnificas férias.
