  • Only a few minutes walk from the swimming beach of the popular Weissensee, in a quiet residential area, is this spacious apartment. It is located in a very nice and sunny location from which you have shortest paths in the beautiful nature such as biking, hiking, swimming and much more. Here you will find the joy of life in one of the most beautiful holiday and leisure regions that Germany has to offer. The apartment offers plenty of space for your individual holiday in beautiful surroundings. Turn off and join recovered in everyday life.

    The house is located 10 minutes' walk from Lake Weissensee and is the ideal starting point for hiking and biking. Our spacious, approximately 84qm apartment is equipped with: 2 bedrooms (1 double beds, 1x2 bunk beds + 1 lower bed), cot, high chair; Shower, separate toilet; spacious kitchen, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster; spacious living room with cable TV, CD player, DVD player, Wi-Fi, telephone + fax; large balcony; Washing machine in the house; Bed linen and towels completely included. parking space 100m from the house.

    The keys must be picked up at the Alpenland agency in Hopfen am See and returned at the end of the stay.

    The guest agrees to hand over the property clean, to dispose of its waste and to avoid damage. The guest is liable for all his accompanying persons. For damage caused to the leased property, a deposit can be charged up to the amount of the expected repair costs. As a rule, a liability insurance comes up for it. Any damage incurred must be reported to the owner without delay.

    Existing damages or defects are to be reported within 24 hours after taking over the property in order to be able to remedy this as soon as possible.

Die Wohnung war super und sehr sauber. In der Anzeige stand ein Stellplatz und eine Garage. Die Garage gehört nicht mehr zum Objekt. Da es in der Zeit sehr viel geschneit hat mußte ich mein Auto erst frei schaufeln um los zu fahren. Die Öffnungszeiten der Agentur stimmten auch nicht überein.

Weißensee

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage in der Nähe von Weißensee ist super, alle anderen Highlights sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Stauraum. Super Blick vom Balkon. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre in der aktuellen Coronakrise wünschenswert.

Ruhige Lage mit Bergblick

Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus älteren Datums, aber sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung mit Küchengeräten ist vollständig (ohne Spülmaschine und Gefrierfach); auch an Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffeefilter, Reinigungsmittel usw. wurde gedacht. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist recht groß und kann gut mit 5 Personen belegt werden. Der Vermieter ist bei Rückfragen sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet zügig.

Convenient and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends. We found the location convenient to other sites that we wanted to see. We also were able to walk to the beach. We enjoyed riding scooters around the neighborhood. Just a note, one of the bicycles has a flat tire that would not stay inflated. We found the space well-equipped. We loved the balcony and the view of the mountains. It was so nice to be able to cook our dinners and relax at night after hiking all over. Before we even traveled, Dirk was responsive to my questions. He provided extensive answers to each of my questions. If we were to travel back to the area, we would defintely stay again.

The view of the Alps is beautiful from the balcony. The sounds of the cowbells often in the distance. The property is far enough outside Fussen to be away from the tourist bustle but close enough for easy access to everything by car. The nearby lake See was beautiful.

Erholung für die ganze Familie in sauberem, sehr gut ausgestattetem Domizil

Wie sind eine 6-köpfige Familie und konnten 4 wunderbare Tage hier verbringen. Aufgrund der perfekten Lage waren Ausflüge sowohl in die Natur als auch nach München kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief bestens. Selbst eine staubedingte spätere Anreise war kein Problem. Nochmals Danke dafür! Bis nächstes Jahr, hoffentlich!

großzügige Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Füssen und Pfronten

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 6 km von Pfronten bzw. Füssen entfernt in mittelbarer Nähe zum Weissensee.(5 Gehminuten) Beschreibung des Vermieters ist zutreffend - das Objekt selbst befindet sich in einer größeren Wohnanlage - der Parkplatz für den Urlauber ist einige Meter vom Haus abgesetzt (problemlos). Die gesamte Einrichtung ist absolut ausreichend, zweckmässig, zum Teil rustikal (das ist immer Geschmacksache) - aber umfänglich mit Geschirr, Gläser, Handtüchern ausgestattet - es fehlt also wirklich an nichts. Das Kinderzimmer ist eher für Kinder unter zehn Jahren eingerichtet (meinen zweien 14 und 16 hat's aber nichts ausgemacht) - Sauna im Keller kostet für zwei Stunden 4 € (sollte man allerdings 8 X 50Cent-Stücke mitbringen). Aber das sind wahrlich Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt eine großzügige Ferienwohnung - sauber - sehr freundlicher und unproblematischer Kontakt zum Vermieter. Uns hat's gut gefallen - vor allem die großzügigen Platzverhältnisse im Ess-/Wohnbereich. Insgesamt vielleicht nicht mehr auf dem modernsten Stand eingerichtet - aber das ist ja bereits auf den Bildern sichtbar. Wir haben angenehme Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und bedanken uns für den freundlichen Empfang.

Clean, cozy apartment

We truly had a lovely stay at the apartment. The place was very clean and well equipped especially for families with kids (although there was no freezer which didn't bother us much). Thank you for the bowl of fruits! We enjoyed our downtime enjoying the view in the balcony and playing board games. A car is needed to go places, but Dirk had already mentioned that. I must apologize to Dirk and Karin for mistakenly leaving our keys and taking with us your apartment keys (and tourist cards) and for also stacking the bicycles in the garage (the garage was tight for our American mid-size SUV). Luckily, we were only an hour away and was able to return the keys. We were a bit concerned at first when we didn't see any air conditioning unit, but the windows have screens and we were able to leave the windows open and let the breeze in. We highly recommend this place!!

Quiet Place close to Fussen and Castles

My family (wife and two boys) really enjoyed this place. It was the first time we've booked through home away so I wasn't sure what to expect. We were not disappointed. The building is very quiet and the apartment is spacious. We enjoyed exploring but we also enjoyed having a place to unwind if we wanted to. It's a short drive into Fussen if you want to dine out or explore the town.

Beatiful place

We stayed in this flat for 5 days (2 adults, 2 children). We liked this flat very much. It is situated near the lake. There is a nice view at mountains from the windows. You can easily reach many sites of attraction, for example it's about 20min to Neuschwanstein by car. The flat is clean, comfortable. Kitchen contains everything needed. There were even toys in room for children. So this is a perfect place and I can recommend it for everyone.

Comfortable and spacious

We had a very good week stay in this vacation, comfortable, quiet and spacious . nice view of the mountains. Very well equipped (TV , DVD, internet wireless). Large kitchen well equipped , washing machine available in the residence.
