The hotel room is like a palace!! It’s so huge and beautiful, the restaurant and breakfast every morning is INCREDIBLE! The food and setting alone is enough for me to recommend this hotel! But the rooms are stunning, right in the heart of town and you can’t ask for more when visiting the castles! We spent more time in our room because it was so big and luxurious. The day we left it snowed and the mountains were absolutely incredible. Love this hotel and restaurant!

Lovely old hotel, note no elevator, so potentially 4 floors to climb. They helped with our bags. Would certainly stay again. No on site parking or street parking. Hotel is in a pedestrian only area.

Great room! Comfy bed and nice bathroom facilities. Even though the property was in the middle of a busy pedestrian shopping area, we weren’t bothered by noise at all! Wish we’d had more time planned in Fussen; would have enjoyed more time at Ludwig’s !
