We were unable to secure our van rental and the front desk staff was very accommodating in helping us to get van taxis to get us and all our snowboard gear where we needed to be. Rooms are small per western equivalent but comfy. I’m 6’4” and was just fine for 8 nights. Breakfast was also tasty and included with the stay. "
