"A lovely clean, spacious and modern hotel in walking distance of Hakata main station. Clean, safe and quiet local area and would highly recommend! Staff were friendly and welcoming too. Our only downside was that there were only 2 pillows on the bed, 1 each for 2 guests sharing a double bed, and unfortunately there were no extra available when requested which lead to a restless nights sleep."

"We arrived to the hotel and found that it did look anything like the lovely clean and bright pictures we had seen listed. It was dark, and there were several stains dotted around the apartment from walls to sofa to carpet. This had already put us off, and then we opened the bathroom door to be greeted by the smell of raw sewage coming up from the drains. Due to arriving after an International flight, we made do and stayed for 1 out of the 2 nights booked. The next morning the smell had become 10x worse and was filling the apartment. I no longer felt comfortable staying here when I had paid over £160 for 2 nights, I expected far better, and booked myself into another hotel up to road to enjoy the last night of our stay in Fukuoka there. Along side this, we were greeted with very lacking kichen supplies, one kitchen knife, 4 spoons, a plate, 2 glasses and a pot come pan. No oil, no utensils to cook with. Other than the location and easy check-in / out I would unfortunately not recommend this property"

"The bathroom had an odor of a sewer; the room was very warm & lowering the temp on the control did not make a difference (had to open the window); requested a late check-out & apparently misunderstood the front desk because was called about 12:15 p.m. to check-out; coffee in the lobby was empty mid-day;"

"Great location near train station and bus stop (bus that goes to Fukuoka int'l airport). Family Mart is just across the street. There's also a 24-hr tax-free cosmetics and drug store across the street (which also sells some food souvenirs that are slightly cheaper than those at the train station and some drinks, yogurt, sweets and snacks that are cheaper than convenience stores). "

"staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean the only issues is there was a coffee machine but not available till after 2pm and they didnt provide a coffee in the rooms. Other than that great place"

"very close to Hakata station and right next door is a 7-11 and Family mart is nearby as well as other shopping places for tax free shopping. concierge was friendly and offered to call a taxi for us "

"Hotel is within walking distance to Hakata station. The rooms are spacious by Japen standard and clean. Also having a washer/dryer and microwave in the room is a plus."
