日本人員工很友善很有禮貌， 房間乾淨清潔， 位置上 還算方便， 唯一吐槽的就是床褥太軟睡醒了背脊很痛..... 整體來說性價比很高的酒店 推薦

地下鉄天神駅から徒歩10分で便利

ビジネスで天神を訪問することになり、行ってみたいラーメン屋さんの近くでホテルを探したところ、比較的手頃な価格のこのホテルを見つけました。ワンルームマンションを改装したような作りで、かなり新しく、部屋も広めで快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクやアメニティも充実しています。

お部屋はシンプルで広々していてベッドもフカフカで良かったです チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえたのも助かりました 気になった点は、浴室のシャンプーなどの位置、固定されているのでシャワー中にシャワーカーテンの外側になってしまい使いづらかったです あとエアコンの風がベッドに直接来る感じ、ちょっと苦手です でもお手頃価格なので◯、また機会があれば利用したいです

ちょうど上の階の宿泊客が悪かったのか 足音　物を落とす音　また夜中まで騒ぐ声などが聞こえてうるさく眠れなかった スタッフが注意をしてくれたようだが翌日も足音など気になった　作りの関係も有るのかも　残念

色々びっくりでした。チェックインチェックアウト両方でスタッフ対応が良く無かった。色々なホテル泊まりましたが初めての事で、アルバイトか新人さんだったのかもしれません。急遽の宿泊で週末だったのもあり値段は高めでした。外廊下でマンションみたいな造りで部屋自体は広くベランダにも出れて使い勝手は良かったのですが、ベッドがものすごく柔らかく真ん中だけ沈み込みがすごかったです。ウォーターベッドみたいな感じで酔う感じがしました。連泊の方は使用済みタオルも各自で1階のBOXに持って行くタイプだったのでびっくりでした。（丁度女性客の方がタオルを抱えてエレベーターから降りてきてありました）一泊だけの利用でしたが連泊等で次回お願いするかは微妙な印象を受けました。

マンションのワンルームの構造ですが、部屋の設備やアメニティはひと通り揃っているし、部屋も綺麗です。 天神中心地からは少し離れてはいますが、不便は感じませんでした。

近くのライヴ会場に行くため2泊しました。 スタッフの方々がとても親切で、翌日のタオルの替えや(バスマットまで) ペットボトルの水など、準備していてくださりとても良かったです。 対応も笑顔で良かったです。 いつでも飲めるコーヒーマシーンもフロントにあり、よく頂きました。(1月に宿泊したときは故障でのめなかったのですが😅) またそちらに行く機会があれば利用したいです。
