I know it’s an Express but now fridge and no shower slippers, as you have people that are staying for more than 1 night also some of the front desk staff need more training on dealing with customers & the payment system has caused me a lot of headache including my card company stopping me from using the card as Holiday Inns payment system didn’t accept about 5 different cards I submitted to pay for the stay even though I had used them while I was travelling in Europe to get to the hotel
