It's close to the town, which has good izakaya and other options if you're not on a meal plan. There is also a Lawson close-by. "What an amazing experience! The propert was excellent, amazingly welcoming, clean and great location. The hosts were very nice and we had a privilege to attend the band practice at the restaurant. This is a great and authentic ryokan, breakfast was included and was very delicious and traditional. The traditional bath was the absolute charm after a long day. I would highly recommend this place!"
