It was a good stay and the hotel was nice. The food was good. Only issue we had was the number for the reception was no where to be found in the room so you’re not able to call down if you need anything. Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around ...

This is a beautiful location with stunning views. Just be aware that it the shuttle bus from the resort doesn't always go into town everyday.
