Absolutely brilliant hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Terrific Fitness Center. A wonderful room with plenty of space to actually unpack (sometimes rare in Japanese hotel rooms), comfortable bedding, and a state-of-the-art bathroom. Breakfast revolved around locally grown food. It was both tasty and interesting. My guess is that the place really shines during ski season with its spa, fireplace in the central bar area and location. Only downside was that there is construction going and the hotel parking lot would only hold perhaps 15 cars. With it not being ski season during our visit, the hotel was using the ski lift parking loft a couple blocks up the hill to handle overflow.

Staff was amazing. Ski area is a 3 min. walk. Rhythm ski rental has a pickup bin in the locker room. Room was comfortable and clean. Laundry facilities wash/dries clothes effectively. Breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice modern hotel with really good staff. Management was very helpful. Mr. Saito had many good suggestions. The breakfast was a good call, lots of options. The hotel has its own bus that will take you anywhere around town and the resorts. It’s walkable to stores and restaurants

Very nicely appointed hotel, including the restaurant and spa. Breakfast buffet was a bit on the spendy side, but very good, with great coffee. The walkable dining options were underwhelming, but a great little restaurant (seats about 12-15 right across the street was a delight. Easy walk to Furano base.

The suite I stayed in was very spacious, enough for a family. The dinner served was very authentic, and there were many choices for breakfast. I hope they keep the rooms clean. I will stay here again next year.

Nozo Hotel is a quick walk to Furano’s Kitanomine Go ndola. It has an amazing japanese bath and super friendly english speaking staff. The hotel is very modern and clean. The downside the rooms are on the smaller side. I’m planning to stay here on my next visit to Furano.

A recent build so still fresh & new. Excellent food, staff are friendly, most with English language. Rooms were nice and well cleaned. The larger rooms were more comfortable for large Aussies like me.

Modern, clean and cozy. The bar area is hang out for a drink apres ski, but was also a great place to do work. I would stay again for sure, but I would bring my own pillow. I prefer soft bedding and this mattress and pillow were not soft! The breakfast was good!

Overall the hotel is great! It just opened in December 2023, so it is all new. The restaurant is pretty good, too. Especially if you like sushi. The rooms are small, but well appointed. About the only negative thing is that the Parking lot closest to the hotel was quickly filled, and the marking for the next parking lot was not adequate, and tight.
