“Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*.
Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet.

“Property was well maintained and clean.
Views were incredible of the sea and the mountains.
Staff was fantastic, and very helpful when we had questions.
Breakfast had a nice variety, and very good.
Pool was refreshing.

“Received a warm welcome from Emanuela who was very helpful throughout my stay as was Coralie, giving advice on transport, areas of interest and places to eat.
Lovely spacious room with a balcony and wonderful view of the sea.
Breakfast was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay at this charming, family run hotel. Great location, next to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the train station and the bus stop from where you can travel to Taormina. Thank you Emanuela and Coralie, I……
