Property rooms, facilities and restaurants are all very good. Only areas that were not ideal for me is having a safe place to go on walks (have to walk on a very busy road with little shoulder space. Overall a very nice place to stay

Our first night in Italy was at the Summit Hotel and it was amazing. The staff were warm and welcoming, the sea view room was beautiful, the meals were delicious and a few hours at the beach was a wonderful way to start the trip. Thank you.

You are literally on the beach. It’s a gorgeous cove. Service is excellent. The food is good and delivered to you in a picnic box while you sit in your chaise lounge under your umbrella on the beach. This may be the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in years. Highly recommend.

This is a absolutely beautiful location and a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi did not work at all in our room and was not reliable in other areas of the hotel (although it did work better in the lobby and restaurant cafe area). We had bad weather while we visited, so Wi-Fi was more important for us than perhaps it would have been if the weather was nicer. Also, no smart TV, so for English speakers there really is no TV of use.

Location, location, location

Let's cut to the chase. There are some rough edges to this hotel (namely the food and the fact that it is somewhat tired), but there are many positives that more than make up for the negatives. Firstly location is supreme - on a lovely semi private glorious sandy beach. Secondly the staff were all lovely - smiling, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thirdly, apart from the sound of the waves (!), the hotel was pretty quiet by Italian standards. The hotel is in need of some sorely needed TLC, and if this was provided, it really could be superb. However the overall holiday was very very satisfactory and if I were to return to Gaeta in the summer months, I would definitely re-book the Summit.

The location was fabulous. The staff at the reception desk was over the top. They truly cared about the overall guest experience. Always greeted with a smile. Very accommodating when requests made. I would like to make sure that management acknowledges the hard work of Francesca, Davide, Sebastiano, Monica and Stefania. The staff at the Summit Cafe where we had breakfast were as equally accommodating and always served you with a smile. The personnel at this hotel make it what it is. Very, very satisfied! Keep up the good work. The rooms were perfectly appointed. The renovations show and management should be proud of their accomplishment. The hotel is very inviting. We will return as soon as possible. Don't hesitate to book at this hotel.

Go for the view and beach, skip the food.

The location is amazing; elevators all the way down to the beach makes family access to the ocean easy. Protected Cove with private beach was absolutely amazing; a shallow fine sand shelf extends at least 75 m into the ocean, perfect for toddlers and young children. The room we had was not remodeled, but it looks like many of the rooms were being remodeled along with the hotel in general. Evening dining had an amazing view, nice ambience with weight tablecloths and elegant dining. The staff was helpful and attentive in spoken English. However the food we had it dinner was absolutely horrible. It was one of the more expensive meals we had in Italy and by far the worst. Great location, but dine elsewhere. All in all we would stay again.

L’albergo si trova in una posizione privilegiata proprio in una meravigliosa insenatura fronte spiaggia privata.Professionale e gentile tutto il personale sia alla reception che quello dedicato al servizio in sala che al servizio spiaggia.Ottima la soluzione adottata post Coronvirus rispetto alla colazione servita ai tavoli ma con possibilità di scegliere dal buffet servito da personale dedicato ed il cambio di tovaglie dopo l’utilizzo da parte del singolo cliente.Tutto l’albergo è dotato di Numerosi dispenser per l’igienizzazione delle mani e ne viene fornito anche uno personale in camera.

L’hotel è situato in posizione ottimale : stupenda l’insenatura e la spiaggia privata ma soprattutto il panorama offerto da qualsiasi punto della struttura , che a mio avviso potrebbe migliorare con una ristrutturata soprattutto per gli spazi esterni

La camera con vista mare ristrutturata recentemente è molto bella e comoda per andare in spiaggia. La possibilità di restare in spiaggia dopo il check out è un ottimo benefit. Tutto il personale, ad eccezione di Elena, la ragazza della reception con i capelli neri e occhi azzurri, è stato molto cortese e attento alle esigenze e richieste degli ospiti.

Piacevole soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati bene soprattutto per la comodità della vicinanza della spiaggia. Ottima struttura anche se il bagno è un po' vetusto. Da segnalare la cordialità e gentilezza del personale in particolare di Veronica dell'area ristoro e Francesca della reception.

L’accès à la plage, vue de la chambre superbe mais il faudrait vraiment remettre un coup de neuf tous est vieux et pas très bien entretenu niveau intérieur chambre, ascenseurs, manque aussi d’équipements. Le personnel pour la plupart sympathiques mais d’autres devraient changer de métiers.

La posizione dell'hotel è favolosa, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia privata, ben attrezzata e non eccessivamente affollata, mare stupendo. La struttura in sé è un po' datata, andrebbe rinnovata per molti aspetti ed in particolare: - I bagni. Non si possono avere 4* ed offrire dei bagni simili. In generale le camere sono spaziose, luminose e ben arredate, ma il bagno è improponibile. - Il personale. Con qualche eccezione ho trovato il personale (del bar in particolare) poco attento, spesso distratto e lento nel servizio. Nel complesso mi sentirei di consigliare un soggiorno al Summit perché la collocazione e la spiaggia sono davvero invidiabili, chiudendo un occhio sui disservizi descritti. Un elogio ai ragazzi del servizio spiaggia, sempre attenti, gentili e disponibili.
