「The service from the restaurant staff is impeccable. They are trained to a very high standard and we appreciate that attention to detail. We ordered from the Indian food menu and it was delicious with wine recommended by the server. Details that matter such as clean windowsills and soft furnishings and the small leisure centre This is the second stay and we will visit again」

「The hotel is located in the city, extremely convenient location. It is a bit old, but clean and tidy. The parking space is right on the lower floor of the building, good for travellers with cars. 」

「A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it...

「Friendly staff. Jo, the manager would go out of her way to help. Good breakfast, well worth the money. Bar area well stocked and disco on the Friday night was good. 」

「Property is conveniently located, very clean, good food and the staff seemed to enjoy working there. Grocery store a block away and an easy bus to catch downtown. Staff were very helpful and seemed to enjoy working there…we stayed 2 extra days as the prices were far better that anywhere closer to London」
