"Staff were responsive and very friendly. Hotel is old, nasty black mold ceiling tile in the hallway, outlets in the room not working, and the desk chair was broken. If you have heavy luggage I hope you are able to haul it up stairs because there is no elevator."

"The hot tub is still broken, at least 6 months now but signs outside still have hot tub listed as amenity. The coffee machine was out of water the whole time we were there. Simple fix that makes a big difference in your stay. We love this hotel so it’s sad to see it not having all the comforts you get use to after staying here for over 5 years when we visit the lake. Rooms still nice, beds comfy, staff friendly and sunsets views can’t be beat. The pool and sauna were nice and working. "

"We stayed in the lakeview cabin! It was cozy & cute! The view of Norfork Lake was beautiful! We had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious! We would definitely stay here again! "

"I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars. Setting was secluded and very peaceful! It’s literally a farmhouse with cows for neighbors and views of sunrise/set. House was tidy and creatively decorated. Host was very considerate. Forgot to pack something? She’s anticipated it! We will be returning. "
