I loveeddd my stay and all of the staff. Everyone was so helpful & Christy made my stay beyond comfortable! I will definitely be starting again when I visit again 💗
The staff was amazing. The general manager was very pleasant and helpful! The bar tender Jules was a lot of fun. I will definitely be back to stay again.
The young lady at check in was so nice. Very helpful sign above the bed where the light switches are or the side table cause we had to sleep with it on cause we couldn’t find it but otherwise everything was amazing.
Loved the location and the atmosphere of the hotel. It was a good size room, the bed was comfy and you can tell there was a lot of care put into every part of the room.

Staff extremely friendly. We liked the bar in the lobby. Room was nice but the door/trim/ one wall was painted very sloppy it looked bad. Overall good experience we would come back
The place was clean and comfortable. What I have issue with was when I put the do not disturb sign out, that's what it meant. Someone not only entered the room, made one of the two beds and left (super strange). Nothing else was cleaned. You came in, made one bed and left. And took the DND sign away. The next morning while getting ready at 9am the maid staff just entered the room again, no knocking. No sign (because it was taken) and no warning. Get that fixed and I'll consider staying here again.
The Mayflies were crazy, but that’s no fault of the staff and they did the best they could to accommodate, which def seemed like it added more work to their shift. The a/c was so loud it sounded like a jet, the mini fridge in the room holds one or two cans and should be called a micro fridge if it isn’t, and no coffee in the room is a bit bothersome. We all realize it’s to drive people to the coffee/bar they have, which WAS great, but not really the point. The staff were excellent, but the business choices are still lacking a bit
The rooms are nicely remodeled. They have the cutest mini fridge that only fits about two or three cokes. It’s adorable but if you’re looking to store food, you’ll need to bring a cooler.
Very well done with the Remodeling. Needed to have some weatherstripping around the doors, but I think that was just overlooked on my room.
I do, however, wish that there would’ve been a pool, especially being in Florida. Thank you for such a nice day and all of your staff was amazing.

The renovation of the property is impressive! The staff was very kind and welcoming. The office/bar area is a nice amenity, room was clean and the parking is easy. Unfortunately, the air stopped working in the middle of the night and it was hot. We couldn't get it to work and there is no fan. The mini-fridge is only big enough for 2 cans. Bring a cooler.
Since the property has been newly renovated, it stands to reason that the experience should be good. Good basic accommodations were provided and it was comfortable and seemed secure. The staff was very capable and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Only real complaint was a squeaky bathroom door and the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. A little larger refrigerator would have made the the stay fantastic! The parking lot is tight and it is tough to park larger vehicles. Overall, a great place to stay.
Absolutely gorgeous renovated historic hotel in the heart of Gainesville, Florida. Everything was beautiful and so clean. Highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Gainesville for business or pleasure.
It was a lovely place to visit great check-in/Check-out experience. The staff was amazing and pleasant to meet and talk to as well as accommodating with any questions I had.The room was nice and furnished and was cold which was nice and the bed was comfortable to sleep in after a long day of driving.10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Gainesville and would stay again when visiting.

Pleasantly surprised they had a bar and music with fun bartenders
Fantastic place to stay in Gainesville. Very close to UF. For the price, this is a winner compared to some other places I’ve stayed in Gainesville…

Christie is what made this hotel a great place to stay! She made us feel welcome, gave us ideas of where to go in the area.
Also great walking distance to downtown.
