不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
After checking in and leaving for a show, the office staff gave a key to our room to another guest. That guest (luckily an honest person), saw our belongings and went back to the office. The guest had an issue shutting our door securely and also reported that to the office, they didn’t go to secure our room back. This could have turned very ugly, my husband is always armed and had we been in the room, would have potentially ended the situation. In return, that guest could have also been armed (we are in Texas after all). And all our belongings gone. We reported to the office staff at checkout. We found all this out only because the guest who mistakenly entered our room was at his car at the same time my husband was loading our car - otherwise we would have never known!
