“The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. “We absolutely loved this apartment in Capitol Hill! Eric was very responsive and helpful any time we had questions and the free parking made our visit so much easier! “The overall stay was nice, check in information was not listed but once I reached out to owner they were quick to respond. The only few complaints I have is that 1) there was a fire alarm that I believe had low battery so it was beeping frequently which was a little annoying 2) the room next to the kitchen was filled with storage boxes and other things that wasn’t picture - a lot of the pictures featured I would say are a little outdated and not as accurate 3) the kitchen light switch didn’t……

“Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries.
