The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. The villa features reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, a quiet zone ideal for home office and teleworkers, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services. Children are allowed and A baby cot and 2 high chairs are also available upon request and free of charge.

    The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue.

    The villa is located close to all supermarkets in the industrial area of San Isidro in Gáldar. The villa is very close to a bus stop (500 meters) and there is also a nearby small Caideros supermarket (3Km). The villa is in a quiet zone and is ideal for hikers.
