Everything was clean. There were a few things that needed fixed but as soon as I got ahold of Ginger she got it fixed. Very nice and one of my friends left her coat and she even helped get it back to her. Very friendly!

I have stayed at various homes in The Galena Territory for many years and this is the absolute nicest home I've stayed in. The towels in the bathrooms were like new and there was not one item in the kitchen that was missing. Firewood was provided which was much appreciated.We love to watch the birds and the feeders along with plenty of bird seed was a bonus.There wasn't one thing missing to make this stay as enjoyable as it was.This is not just a rental, but a true home away from home and that's because the owner, Ginger, goes above and beyond to make sure of it.

We had a perfect weekend! The home is great and the drive into town this time of year is beautiful! It's very welcoming and inviting and super easy getting in. Ginger checked in before our trip to introduce herself and see if we needed any additional information. We enjoyed relaxing afternoons on the screen porch and unwinding in the hot tub after dinner. Everyone had plenty of space and felt totally relaxed. With the wineries, shopping and great restaurants it was the perfect location for a girls weekend! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable home. We have stayed multiple times when visiting the Galena area. Home owner communicates well and is very responsive. We love the pool table and hot tub.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house has an amazing set up, all bedrooms on separate floors with full baths for each! We enjoyed the hot tub and the privacy of the property. The host was super friendly and communicative. We would highly recommend and look forward to coming back in the future! Thanks for a lovely stay!

This property worked really well for our visit to the Galena area. It is charming, very quiet and peacefully set in the woods. The communication with Ginger was very good. It's nice for privacy that the bedrooms are on 3 separate levels of the house. The kitchen was well appointed. I would stay here again on a visit to the area. Thanks Ginger!

We love staying at this cabin! Even when the weather wasn’t on our side and the power went out, Ginger communicated with us throughout and gave us updates. We love the location and all the amenities that come with the cabin!

Wedding getaway

We vacation with our adult family of 10, every year in the Territory for over 30 years. This time we needed a smaller home because our grandson was getting married. Your location was closer to the venue. In comparison to our other experiences, I was disappointed there new not the extras we have gotten used to. There is always a welcome basket with treats. There are always paper/plastic items in the kitchen. ( plates, napkins, baggies, etc). The home was lovely and cute. We did see what looked like a mountain lion walking along your property going into the brush.

Clean and Spacious

Ginger was a pleasure to communicate with. I was sending pictures of my friends and I on oit themed dinner nights to show her how much we were enjoying out stay! The house was extremely clean (I AM SUPER PICKY WITH CLEANLINESS). One of the best well stocked homes to cook and just hang out. We will def be back.

Great getaway low tech

The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. Great that each floor had a bedroom. Liked the outdoor fire table and the hot tub. Great communication with the owner. Hard/very firm beds were not ideal. No usb plugs anywhere in the house. Not enough towels since we all used the hot tub nightly. Didnt like that we had to take our trash to the compactor which required card key entry at rhe end of our stay. Awesome amenities in the Galena Territories... we took a hot air baloon ride.

Wonderful getaway!

The house was perfect for spending time with our adult children. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather together or relax alone. We especially enjoyed being away from city lights as we looked up to the splendor of the night sky. In addition to the pool table and hot tub, we found an unexpected horseshoe pit! After spending our days exploring Galena and hiking, this home was beautifully equipped for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. The only negative was nature's coating of tree pollen on the outdoor seating, but that is to be expected in the springtime.
