This was the perfect house for a Galena getaway! We were close enough to drive to all the things we wanted to do but in an area that was calm and peaceful. The house was clean and well-equipped. The property manager responded right away to any questions. We would stay here again.

FAMILY GETAWAY

Timber Edge was perfect as a family getaway. The great room was cozy and we felt cocooned, surrounded by our own private “timber edge”.A walk out the patio door led to a toasty warm hot tub and a fire pit, perfect for s’mores.We are definitely coming back!

Perfect Little Getaway!

We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful, cozy home. It was the perfect getaway for our family to enjoy some peace and nature. Everything was readily available as if you were in the comforts of your own home. We will definitely be back for our annual Galena fall getaway.

All the little details made for a great stay. There were plenty of towels, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, blankets, and pillows. Washer and dryer available for use. The hot tub was very nice and so relaxing. I would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here for a long weekend trip. The property was extremely clean, close promixity to town but far enough to enjoy the quiet. Communication with the property manager was a breeze and everything listed was accurate. Definitely would come back again!

Great place in a great location

Me and my family really enjoy our stay, the house was great, clean and big. Brian sent very clear instructions for check in and check out and he was available should we need anything but there was no need to contact him as everything went smooth! We would definitely stay again should we go back to Galena!

Lovely, clean house close to Galena

The house was great for our girls trip! It was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for all eight of us ladies. Location is only 15 min. from downtown Galena. The granite countertops, full-size fridge, large dining table and bathrooms off each bedroom made our stay easy. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely immaculate and relaxing home

This property clearly has an outstanding team managing it - from making the reservation to arriving to the home, our experience was outstanding. What stood out most to us was walking into the home and sensing that it is incredibly well-cared for, from the furnishings to the cleanliness. Each bedroom suite is comfortable and private and the main spaces of the room allow for relaxed gatherings. Of course, the hot tub and fire pit area add to the charm of this property. Thank you for providing us such a lovely place to enjoy a holiday.

Great Weekend Getaway

A group of friends stayed here to hang out in Galena and ski at Chestnut Mountain. We had a great time. We cooked at the property our first night and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a slow morning here enjoying the woods in the backyard and spent a lot of time in the great hot tub in the evening. Thanks Brian and team for a great stay!
