"The property was beautiful and clean! Goats were very accommodating and always super responsive! Neighborhood allowed for access to all we needed including relaxing mornings on the porch enjoying coffee and relaxing in the outdoor space in the yard! Was a perfect stay!"

"We absolutely loved staying here. To have music downstairs, being able to sample the wine and beer and walk up to our room. They even had popcorn.Having coffee with a muffin or bagel in the morning is all that we needed. The owners and their daughter Meredith were very nice and we enjoyed our time chatting with Meredith. A lot of creativity shows with all of the details throughout the property. Highly recommend!! We came down for two nights to sample local wineries, and to tour the Ohio Reformatory"

"The pictures shown in the photos did not match what was inside of the house. At all. In fact, there wasn’t even a couch to sit on. No comfortable seating anywhere. If I wanted to stretch out, I had to lie on the bed. There was an outdoor wicker set for the living room furniture and the “couch” didn’t even have a cushion on it. Just bare wicker. The water was full of iron and had a strong, metallic smell to it, making showers very unpleasant. There was orangish red stains on all of the faucets and the dishwater was all red inside of it. The kitchen faucet only dribbled water rendering it useless. There was not one “useable” pot or pan in the kitchen. There was also no bathroom door, which was strange, or any window curtains on the windows. The bedroom curtains that were there were sheer and see through, so not much privacy. Also, there was another section of the house separated by a door in the kitchen, that had permanent tenants in it…which was not disclosed in the description. One of the GCFI outlets in the bathroom looked like it had caught fire at some point. It had burn stains on it. Lastly, the place was not clean. Layers of dust so thick you could write your name on the headboard. "
