「Loved this slice of heaven, away from the crowds of Lugano but yet convenient to get to by car. The front desk service was amazing - the girls were so friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was clean tasting and delicious. The hotel grounds are so thoughtful, well designed and aesthetic. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival.
