“ I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Conca Bella Boutique Hotel. Upon check in, we were not initially given the upgraded room we expected in addition to the VIP perks for food. On the second day, staff informed us there had been a misunderstanding and moved us to a different room, which they described as an upgrade. However, this new room turned out to be significantly worse. The room was extremely hot due to direct sun exposure throughout the day. We turned……

“The hotel situated on mountain side with great view over the lake. However, will see plastic roof of restaurant which really needs cosmetic looks. The interior seems aged and may need renovation.”

“Free breakfast was mainly bread and jam but free is free. Also free coffee. On top of a restaurant so expect noise until they close. Bit of a tough uphill walk back from waterfront but doable.”

“There is no elevator and our room was on the third floor. One of the staff brought our luggage upstairs however next day we had a train in the morning for Como. Staff outright said there will be no one in the morning until 9 or 10 am to help bring down luggage. There is no taxi available and she insisted we take the bus to train station which was about 9 km . It was very frustrating as we are senior citizens. After a lot of back and forth she agreed to arrange and she did. The taxi driver……

“The hotel is just with 5 minutes walking distance to the lake shore and the town central. It Iis convenient to visit the attractions of the lake and to Swiss. But we were disappointed for the equipment inside our room as the.no fridge and hair dryer i ”

“We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna……

“Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area.”
