Grumitt family holiday

We had a special time at this beautiful retreat in the Tuscan hills. The area is stunning and we had some beautiful walks . The family enjoyed the pool and large garden and we loved eating outside together. Highly recommended.

Very nice holiday mansion, perfect for groups

We had a really nice time in this holiday mansion. The bulding is very large and offers many well equiped rooms. When we arrived everything was very clean and tidy. The communication with the host and the check-in procedure also worked excellently. There is also enough space for parking, the house is therefore also suitable for anyone traveling by car.

We had such a great time staying there.The house, a typical rustic Italian house, is well located for daytrips to Florence or Pise, and we really enjoyed the private pool and garden, which was ideal for our family and our kids. They could run freely around the house. The pool is fully fenced which was a big plus too.Andrea is lovely and communication with him was really easy.

Wir haben ein tolles, sauberes und einsames Haus gefunden, in dem wir 10 erholsame und schöne Tage verbrachten. Die Region hat mit Meer, Bergen und Städten wie Pisa, Lucca und Florenz viel zu bieten. Der Vermieter hat sich super um uns gekümmert und uns sogar sein eigenes Olivenöl und Faro vorbeigebracht. Wir können alles weiterempfehlen.

Die kleine aber feine Landvilla war ein hervorragender Ort für unseren Jungs Urlaub. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten genügend platz. Der pool wurde jeden morgen gereinigt und auch das haus war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. man ist etwas abgelegen vom Trubel und die Umgebung lädt auch zum erkunden ein. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die Betten, die für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart waren. Alles in allem eine Gelungene Unterkunft für Mehrere Personen :)

Zum Energie - tanken genau richtig

Nach Problemen mit unserem Mietwagen am Flughafen kamen wir mit viel Verspätung an, was aber für die Hosts kein Problem war und wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Die Villa ist sauber und ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und sauber gemacht. Die Umliegende Natur lädt zum wandern oder zu einem Tagestrip in eine der umliegenden Städte ein (ich empfehöe Lucca). Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder! Danke! :-)

Ruhe und Platz

Wer auf der Suche nach einer einfachen, schön gelegenen Unterkunft mit viel Ruhe und Platz ist, der liegt hier richtig. Zwei Familien können sich das Haus perfekt aufteilen. Die Umgebung hat ebenfalls viel zu bieten, auch ein großer Supermarkt ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt, zudem kümmert sich Gastgeber Andrea bestens um alles.

Vacances en famille

Cette maison est parfaite quand il y a la possibilité de vivre à l'extérieure, ce qui est le cas en été avec des enfants en bas âge. La piscine est parfaite pour nos enfants 4 à 10ans. L'équipement vaisselle reste correcte sans plus. Le soir certains endroits sont mal éclairés, à améliorer.

Ein toller Urlaub!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Juli in diesem Haus verbracht. Andrea ist ein super Gastgeber. Täglich kam er morgens vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen und zu pflegen. Er ist bei Fragen erreichbar und hat uns on top noch mit selbst gemachten Olivenöl und Wein verwöhnt. Der Rasen wurde nach einer Woche gemäht und auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Perfekter Service! Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und der Garten ein Traum. Es ist ruhig und zum Runterfahren/Entspannen perfekt! Der Pool ist mit 1,30m nicht sehr tief, aber gerade mit Kinder ist das evtl sogar besser so. Die Wassertemperatur war sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt (Conad). Ausflüge z.B. nach Lucca, Pisa, Livorno sind mit dem Auto auch gut machbar (45-60 Minuten Fahrt). Wir hatten eine Superzeit in dem Haus und können sowohl Haus wie auch den Gastgeber nur weiter empfehlen!

Relax assoluto!

Quest'estate abbiamo scelto, noi e i nostri amici con relativi cani, di soggiornare in campagna in cerca di relax. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata! Circondati dalla natura e dal silenzio ci siamo ricaricati completamente. Il sig. Andrea sempre disponibile ci ha dato utili consigli per visitare le zone circostanti. La piscina sempre pulita è stata una vera chicca. Caprioli, fagiani e falchi ci hanno deliziosamente sorpresi durante i nostri pranzi all'aperto e grazie a silenziosi cieli stellati abbiamo riposato come purtroppo non si riesce in città. Splendida vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus

Wir haben die tolle Lage und den Pool sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Das Haus ist von seiner Einrichtung sehr einfach. Keine Nahrungs-Basics vorhanden (Öl etc.). Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Italien im Sommer ist eine Herausforderung. Aber einfach umwerfend (Castelnuovo, Lucca, Barga etc.). Bella Italia!

Sehr schöne Villa mit grossem Rasen und Pool. Würde ich jederzeit empfehlen, wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort. Sehr angenehm ist dass das Haus tagsüber innen kühl ist. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auch köstliches hauseigenes Olivenöl.

Wunderschönes Grundstück mit privatem Pool

Wir hatten mit unsren zwei Kindern, 5 und 7, eine phantastische Woche. Das Grundstück ist der Traum. Ruhig aber trotzdem verkehrsgünstig Felgen. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Morgens kam sogar ein Reh vorbei. Das Haus besteht aus zwei getrennten Wohnungen. Jeweils Platz für vier oder mehr. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber dafür der Preis auch fair. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus war einfach aber funktionell und dank Spülmaschine (!) ausreichend eingerichtet. Für uns vier Personen standen zwei vollständig eingerichtete Wohnungen zur Verfügung, zwei Schlafzimmer wurden nicht benötigt. Platz ohne Ende. Das riesige Grundstück war herrlich. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich täglich aber unauffällig um die Sauberkeit des kleinen Pools und war zusätzlich stets per E-Mail zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Die Region ist wunderschön, sehr bergig und Lucca, Pisa und das Meer sind nicht sehr weit (50 - 80 min). Aber auch in der Nähe gab es einiges zu sehen., z.B Castelnuovo di G., ein sehr lebendiger Ort mit großem Markt Donnerstags (kein Gemüse) oder ein Kletterpark für Teenager Das Grundstück ist etwa 5 min von der Hauptstrasse gelegen und dadurch wunderbar ruhig. Natur pur mit wenigen einzelnen Häusern in Sichtweite. Wir hatten - natürlich auch dank zwei Wochen Sonnenschein - einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Für die Inseratbeschreibung gab es nur drei Sterne, weil das Inserat zwei verschiedene Häuser desselben Vermieters zeigt (ein weiteres Grundstück gibt es etwa 10 min entfernt) - das hat uns anfänglich etwas verwirrt - i.Ü. ist die Beschreibung aber zutreffend

Die vielleicht schönste Lage in der Toskana!

Das wunderschöne Bauernhaus liegt in idyllischer Alleinlage umsäumt von Weinbergen und Hügeln in einem riesigen Garten mit Blumen und schönen Bäumen und traumhafter Aussicht. Besonders der herrliche Pool lud bei schönen Wetter zum Sonnenbaden ein und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Haus ist riesengroß und sehr gemütlich, es war von der Geschirrspülmaschine bis zur Waschmaschine alles verfügbar, was im Urlaub Komfort bedeutet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der super nette Vermieter und seine Tochter, die uns nicht nur mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten aus der lokalen Landwirtschaft ( Wein, Öl, Früchte..) bedachten, sondern bei all unseren sonstigen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich waren. Unseren täglichen Exkursionen zu den umliegenden kleinen Weindörfern aber auch die Besichtigung von Florenz, Pisa und Lucca haben wir sehr genossen und waren mit überschaubarem Aufwand gut machbar.Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub, wir werden sicherlich dieses Haus noch einmal buchen.

Lovely property

Just home from a fantastic stay here with friends. The property is perfect for two families with a big garden for the children to run around, a lovely pool and enough space for everyone to eat together. The location in the countryside is beautiful and close enough to Pisa and Lucca for day trips.
