The staff were great, the room was very clean and the breakfast selection was great. No parking issues at all. The only thing that concerned me was the smell of a strong odor in the hallways and it was hot walking in them. The elevator has been definitely out for almost a year. I’ve stayed at this location before. If you can smell past the memory of an old hair salon in the hallways and don’t need an elevator then this is a good place to stay.

The property itself was good, clean rooms with very practical layouts. The issue was a terrible burn hair smell in the hall ways, not being informed the elevator was out, not being informed the pool was out of order and to top it off, the staff was extremely indifferent. When I inquired about the smell, I was met with blank stares and shoulder shrugs. I was very disappointed as I seek out Marriott properties because they are always better than most, I guess it is just this property that needs to retrain staff and keep up the property a little better.

Got to the hotel to check in had suitcases and everything and was informed that the elevator did not work Add two ladies with us and had to carry the suitcases up the flight to stairs and staff offered no help to doing it did not offer a discount was not pre informed that the elevator hadn't been working for a while based off the staff at the front desk
