"Virtual check in and out was awful. They didn’t even know where we should park. The room had way too much furniture, so space was limited. The shower was hard to turn on. The pool was absolutely freezing cold. The hot tub was hot, but it sounded like a jet engine, which was not relaxing. There were no towels. The web said there was breakfast. There was not. The hall smelled old and musty in the parts where it didn’t smell like marijuana. We were highly disappointed. The price was way too much for the facility. "

"Great hotel only stayed one night because we were tired of driving and we still had quite a ways to Aneheim. Quite a few restaurants right around the parking lot. Great room over all. "
