Great location in the Galveston East End Historic District; explore the beautiful tree-lined neighborhood and architectural beauties while you walk to the Strand entertainment district (10 min) or the beach (15 min). Home has been renovated with modern amenities including Wi-Fi, smart TV, Central A/C, and fully equipped kitchen. Private yard has gas grill and picnic table. Street parking permit is included, and up to two cars can be parked off-street.
