SandySmile 3-Pools Top Floor-Ocean/Pool View CLEAN
You will be staying in 'SandySmile', a luxury condo sitting on the seawall of Galveston Island. We invite you to share our creation, a romantic blend of beach cottage and soft pastels. Pamper your senses with soft leather furniture and sandy-beach colored tile. The private bedroom sleeps two in the queen bed. The hallway area hosts 2 adult sized bunks. The leather queen sofa-sleeper folds out for 2 more. Enjoy! Save on food budget in your fully equipped kitchen. Wherever you choose to stay, I hope you bring home many special Galveston memories.
Agreement:
* Responsible party over 25 must show photo ID when checking in
* No events or parties (including Spring Break or Prom)
* No hidden fees or additional taxes.
* Clean, fresh air only. No smoking allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
* Upon arrival, the Maravilla front office will collect a parking/swim band fee, credit card only.

Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.
***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been completely renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is happening BELOW this condo balcony. There might be noise during the day while renovations are being happening.
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.

Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement. Pets allowed when approved and pet fee paid in advance of arrival.
No smoking in the condo or the balconies. Parties are prohibited. The complex enforces quiet time between 10pm and 8am.
Minimum renter age is 25 and is strictly enforced. Violation of any house rule will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund.
