Great space for large family, multigenerational

We enjoyed 4 nights at the Turtle House. The location couldn't be beat as we could see the water from inside and out at all times. There were lots of rooms and bed set ups to accommodate our family. Open kitchen, dining, family area. Fun arcade games in one room. Access to a pool that we did not use. Great experience. Had an issue with the freezer that rental company responded to as best they could. A couple other small freezers helped, though damage to ice creams was done. Rental company made financial accommodation in fairness. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

Turtle house

There were problems with this stay. Property manager/ Stay Porter- was not upfront or responsive in a timely manner. I asked for early check in 4 days prior to arrival. Several emails and phone calls and finally a response to request one hour after check in time when no one had been at the property 2 1:2 hours prior. Also took Stay Porter to respond to a simple request for a broom. The house itself was nice but there were lots of broken furniture, cabinets and decor. Not suitable for children. Upstairs bedrooms had no way of blocking out morning sun. My greatest issue was no door on a bedroom- we couldn’t use that room and this was unfortunate because I booked this property primarily based on number of bedrooms..

Turtlehouse

The house was very clean and nice however for a house that sleeps 19 people there needs to be more silverware and towels. The tooster didn't work the blender had a hole in it and neither outside grill was usable. The house was nice. Just minor things that could be improved but
