「The staff were all great! The meals were great and well thought out. The room was spacious and the view of the ocean was pleasant. Its just too bad we couldnt use the public bath amenities because of our tattoos, but it was nice to use the private bath in the hotel room. We did use a taxi to get around. If we were to return, we would definietly consider staying here again.」

「非常好的一所酒店! 酒店提供Welcome Bus Service, 車子準時到達車站接待旅客. 酒店服務員接待態度良好, 而且會幫助旅客解決問題, 如入住當晚, 剛在大堂見到有光影活動在附近, 詢問之下, 得知能在酒店買到入場票, 還熱心的車了我到活動場地, 當時是晚上7PM左右, 天氣寒冷; 服務員除了車我到活動場地, 還帶我到入口處,并且同購票處的員工講, 活動完結後請打電話到的的士台, 給我叫車回酒店. 非常好的服務. 回酒店後即時提供晚餐給我. 晚餐物有所值, 味道不錯. 酒店房間舒適而且很大. 溫泉也不錯.環境玲靜 整體酒店環境服務都非常好, 適合relax旅遊.」

「The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. Going there during the Sakura season was amazing too. 」
