Oppholdet vårt på Borgo della Meliana var virkelig en toskansk drøm! Leiligheten vi hadde var vakkert dekorert med sjarmerende rustikke detaljer, noe som fikk den til å føles som et hjem borte fra hjemmet, Vi tilbrakte morgener med å slappe av ved bassenget og ettermiddager med å utforske det nærliggende San Gimignano, som ligger bare en kort kjøretur unna, Vertene var utrolig imøtekommende og ga oss nyttige anbefalinger til lokale spisesteder, inkludert Casa Masi, som var en deilig opplevelse, Definitivt en opplevelse verdt å gjenta!

In die Jahre gekommen

Das Beste zuerst: Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und kompetent. Aber die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, bzw. Ungepflegt. Durchgesessenes Sofa, dafür knallhartes Bett. Schöne, aber unbequeme Stühle. Ein Fön, der ohne Adapter nicht in die Steckdose passt. Der passende Adapter wird eigentlich in der Küche gebraucht und ist mit Klebeband geflickt. Die Silikonfugen im Bad z.T. schwarz verfärbt. Der TV Liefert nur italienisches Fernsehen. Ein Umstellen ist nicht möglich, weil die Anleitung zu einer Fernbedienung gehört, die bereits durch eine andere ersetzt wurde. Eine Heizung gibt es nicht. Bei sehr frühem oder spätem Aufenthalt im Jahr wirds kühl. Und Bettzeug zum Reinkuscheln gibt es nicht.
