"Amazing room! Modern, clean, and with a very comfortable bed. I loved it! The only thing I didn’t like was the spa schedule. I wanted to use the sauna in the morning, but it didn’t open until 11:00 a.m. Other than that, the room was spectacular."

"The hotel is older the lobby was nice. Rooms need to be renovated. Very run down and broken furniture. The female receptionist were very helpful and friendly while the male receptionist looked miserable and arrogant. Salvatore at the front desk was very helpful. Leonardo, the behalf was very helpful and very friendly from the first interaction."

"This is a well located hotel for the station and all the key points of interest in Florence. Everything is walkable. The Hotel is a little tired and the layout is awkward but overall acceptable. No gym. There is a spectacular roof terrace. Parking is extortionate but not necessarily the hotel's fault - one could argue that Expedia should warn the buyers that it will cost €65 a day so that this can be added to the room cost for comparison. I would return for a short stay, but without a car."

"The location was very convenient, across the train station. The room was very clean but when we opened one of the drawers we found a bunch of men underwear and socks. Kinda disgusting. In the bathroom the bar supporting the shower constantly falling off, the hotel needs some TLC The rest was good . Kudos for offering 2 extra pillows!"
