"The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. "I was given upstairs floor but i said i hate lifts then lady staff offered me the downstairs room which didn't lik it was room2. iI had a bed smell coming from the bathroom very bad odours smell. and also on the outside window seal lots of smoked cigarettes I tried to open the window was disgusting they need to do something. I liked the hospitality the staff were very pleasant I was going to the dining anytime no restrictions. Staff are very polite and respect"
