「The hostel is a bit hard to find. The hostel was small but clean and cozy, providing all the key essentials; however, it lacked communication. The hostel failed to respond to my emails and requests for weeks, and when the day came to check in, the passcode to enter the building was still not provided. Thus, this caused a great inconvenience and hassle. Plus, once I checked in, I wanted to use the toilet, and toilet paper was missing. So the maintenance was poor.」

「部屋にエアコンが付いておらず、暑いと言ったら扇風機を持ってきてくれた。 3日泊まったが、ボディソープやトイレットペーパーなどは無くなったので新しいのがほしいと言わないと補充されていなかった。 ホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらって、クレジットカードOKか？と聞いた時にはOKと言われていたにもかかわらず乗ってみるとモンゴル語しか通じず、カードも使えず非常に困った。 スタッフは日本語が話せる方もおり、空港までの送迎も早朝にもかかわらずしていただいたのでそこはとても感謝している。」

「Probably one of the best hotel in UB and great value for money. Rooms are very spacious, clean, modern designed and cosy. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The food street is just nearby like 3mins walk and the Winter Palace is also located on the same street reachable by like 20 mins walk. The hotel located in a rather wealthy district of UB that it felt very safe even walking on the nearby street at night. It not far from the airport too that won't be affected by the traffic jam in UB...
