「Wir verbringen gerade einige Tage in der Villa Alba. Es ist eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen ich je war! Das offene Design, mitten in der Natur, eins mit der Umgebungen und den dort lebenden Tieren - es ist einmalig. Es ist total ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nicht weit zum Stadtkern. Die Zimmer sind super groß, bequeme Betten, man hat alles, was notwendig ist. Das Personal ist so lieb und zuvorkommend. 「The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable. The “western breakfast” was just buttered toast, and it took 40 minutes, even though every simpler place offered more. They mentioned eggs as well, but after 40 minutes nothing appeared, and...

「Værelserne er fine, rengøring er rigtig god og hotellet ligger ud til den skønneste strand, som du nærmest har for dig selv. Det ligger kun 15 min gågang væk fra skønne hiriketiya og endnu kortere væk fra gode restauranter. Det der gør dette hotel godt er deres fantastisk søde og hjælpsomme personale, der virkelig tager sig af en. De hjalp os med at komme på hospitalet, da vi akut fik brug for det og sendte endda personale med til at agere tolk for os.」
