「The entire experience was quite disappointing. The staff was largely unresponsive, and our check-in was delayed by almost an hour. Several amenities were still under construction, which was not communicated beforehand. We had booked the room for three guests, yet basic facilities and amenities were provided for only one person. 「Room was too small..Bathroom is dirty state..bedsheets dirry. Pillows cases ripped. Towels were roughand jad stains..water goes all over the floor after having shower..can slip easily. Cupboards were dirty .Safe was not working..i queried but staff didnt care to sort it out. Reception check in took ages and staff no greeting with curtesy. Breakfast was limited and not tempting atall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Hygiene and safety not been considered. 」
