This place was amazing for our whole extended family! Well stocked with everything you’d ever need to cook any meal. Beds were great, (just one couple lost drawing straws and had to squeeze into a full size bed), otherwise the rooms were perfect size. The best of views every morning and evening of the lake!

Bear Lake visit

Great place to stay with easy access to the lake just out the back door. The house was well stocked with incidentals and appliances. The only problems were minor (housekeeping was less than normal, but still presentable. Apparently the previous tenants had not left on time, shortening the window for cleaners). Julie was a great help in answering questions and responded immediately to concerns. The whole family loved our stay.

Great, but parking area was inadequate!

The house was great! Being right on the lake was fabulous! The parking said it was made for 12 vehicles, including trailers, but definitely wasn't! They have one small entrance so you have to rearrange vehicles everytime you would want to get another vehicle out. Very inconvenient. Wouldn't let you park on grass, even though most of the yard was dead. Should make yard into more parking.

Great home

This house is amazing! The pictures online do not do this house justice. There was plenty of room to spread out, even with a large group of people. We had a problem with the TV not connecting to the internet, and when calling the property manager we received a prompt call back. Even though the problem was never resolved we still had a great time and would definitely rent again.

Everything was tidy and orderly. Great location, close to the marina and having the lake front property allowed everyone to enjoy the lake all day long.

The perfect vacation house

This place was perfect for our family gathering. The online listing was accurate and we arrived to a perfectly clean house. The house is located directly on the lake. We were able to rent JetSki‘s and sit on the back deck and ride them all day long. The location was perfect, right in Garden City just minutes from restaurants. Everybody loved their stay!
