This home has access to Ideal Beach. Ideal beach is a resort on the shores of Bear lake, a quick 5 Minute drive down the hill. Ideal beach gives you access to a private beach, pools and hot tubs, acres of green grass, playground, sports courts, and more!



The home can accommodate 6–7 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.



Bringing a Boat?

Guests are welcome to bring their own boats or rent from Ideal Beach. If you`re bringing your own, please launch only from local marinas—Ideal Beach does not allow boat launching.



*Roads are maintained year-round, but during fall, winter, and spring we strongly recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle for safe access.
