Was für ein toller Ausblick!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal vor Ort in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die große Dachterrasse ist und bleibt der Hammer. Die Lage ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen und auch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber ausreichend. Glücklicherweise jedoch voll klimatisiert.

Ferienwohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Die Ferienwohnung gemütlich, sauber, gut eingerichtet und hatte eine große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Leider konnten wir sie nur an unserem letzten Tag/Abend nutzen, da es die anderen Tage einfach zu kalt war. Die Wohnung war klein, aber geräumig, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind ausreichend. Das Bett war groß und bequem. In der Küche war etwas sehr klein, mehr als eine Person findet dort keinen Platz, aber ansonsten alles da an Utensilien, was man so braucht. Im großen und ganzen eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war, dass die Wohnung in einem Mietshaus war und das Grundstück, sowie das Haus nicht so gepflegt und einladend war, wie wir das die anderen Jahre in verschiedenen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt waren. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel zu beanstanden. Außer ein paar Sitzkissen für die Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse wären schön gewesen. Das wäre noch ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Und im Fernseher hat man keine deutsche TV Kanäle gefunden. Was aber mehr das Kind gestört hat, als die Eltern.

Schöne FeWo mit Seeblick

Niedliche FeWo mit tollen Blick auf den Gardasee und Portese. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnhaus im obersten Stockwerk. Mit dem Schlüsseltresor hat das hervorragend geklappt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Leider ist der öffentliche Strandabschnitt Recht klein. Wenn es sich wieder ergibt, würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen. Mir fehlte die genaue Information, bei wem und wo die Kaution zu hinterlegen ist. Eine Kleinigkeit habe ich noch. Wir haben Gläser vermisst. Ein Rot- und ein Weißweinglas ist zu wenig.

Unser erster Aufenthalt am Gardasee

Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub am Gardasee verbracht und waren vollauf begeistert! Die Lage der Unterkunft, die fantastische Aussicht, die wirklich riesige Terrasse und das kleine Städtchen Gardone Riviera, genauso wie die kleinen und feinen Restaurants haben uns begeistert. Nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt tobt das Leben und man kann sich in Ruhe zurückziehen, wenn Bedarf besteht. Da das Haus nicht voll bewohnt war, herrschte Ruhe wann auch immer. Der Kontakt zum Team von GARDA Fewo war hervorragend. Wir bekamen auf alle Anfragen eine sofortige Antwort oder man rief uns zurück! Danke! Das CUPIDO ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um den Gardasee und seine Umgebung kennenzulernen. Eine genaue Beschreibung der Gastherme wäre wünschenswert, um das Duschen mit warmen Wasser auf Anhieb zu ermöglichen. Die Entsorgung des " Hausmülls " ist sehr kompliziert, da scheinbar in Italien jeder Beutel ( natürlich getrennt ) separat abgeholt wird. Dafür braucht man als Mieter aber eine ganz genaue Auflistung. Toll wäre es auch, wenn entsprechende Müllbeutel schon vor Ort wären.

Wunderschön mit geringem Verbesserungspotential

Eine schöne, renovierte kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Großer Südbalkon mit traumhaftem Blick über den See. Eine Einweisung in die Heizungsbedienung wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss ohne direkte Nachbarwohnung, jedoch ist von den Nachbarn im Haus durchaus etwas zu hören. Bei Fragen unsererseits wurde von der Wohnungsverwaltung prompt und freundlich geantwortet. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Zum Empfang die notwendigsten Dinge wie Spülmittel, Klopapier usw. Für die Mülltrennung mehr Behältnisse. Es gab nur den Eimer für Bio. Flaschen haben wir dann anderstwo in Container geworfen.

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Der Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist guteingerichtet. Sehr gut ist auch das man auf dem Gelände einen Privatparkplatz hat. Viele Restaurants und der See sind zu fuss gut zu erreichen.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in einer wirklich wundervollen Ferienwohnung.

Man kann es kaum glauben ,aber die Wohnung ist wirklich wie auf den Fotos. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht,sauber,sehr gut eingerichtet und für 2Personen ausreichend groß(bis auf die Küchenzeile,diese ist sehr eng darum sollte immer nur einer kochen,so hat der andere Zeit für sich).Die Betten bequem und die Klimaanlage funktioniert prima.Einzig das Müllsystem ist vorsichtig ausgedrückt etwas kompliziert,aber das macht die Lage und die Umgebung wieder wett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Danke dem Team von Garda Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse

Die Wohnung reicht vollkommen aus für 2 Personen. Die Terrasse lädt zum Essen im Freien ein und bietet sehr viel Platz um sich auch zu sonnen. An warmen Sommertagen sorgt die Klimaanlage für Abkühlung.
